Rev. Matthew Lundgren
Executive Director
Matt has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Billings Leadership Foundation, Friendship House of Christian Service, and Montana Rescue Mission. His achievements include starting, operating and growing multiple businesses.
Matt has increased the annual income at each organization and has launched four new social enterprises on the solid foundation of BLF. Additionally, Matt has spearheaded a capital campaign project for the Montana Rescue Mission to build a New $20 Million Campus.
His goal is to unite nonprofit organizations in Billings to work on improving our community, and help them achieve their goals while supporting each other.
Two are better off than one, because together they can work more effectively. If one of them falls down, the other can help him up.
There are more needs in our community than any one organization can address. We welcome other nonprofit organizations to join us on our journey of serving people and saving lives.

Debra Deimling
Finance Director
Debra Deimling, Finance Director, has over 25 years of experience owning and operating a variety of business entities. Deb specializes in accounting, while creating and implementing programs designed to maximize efficiency with a focus on fiscal responsibility. Deb is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Deb is inspired daily by her faith, her husband, their three children and nine grandchildren.
Oksana Zakharchenko
Operations Director
Oksana is responsible for program development and strategy for Billings Leadership Foundation partners. She has experience across multiple industries and her goal is to help organizations with mutual goals come together to help the community. Oksana believes in data-driven decisions and in collaborative problem solving for the greater good. Her dream is to see nonprofits partner, share their resources, and support each other.
